Introduction:- Discuss about syllabus of training, Introduction to automation control system, Classification of control; Logic control, PLC, CNC, PAC, DCS, SCADA,Basic concept of PLC networking system (Profibus, Profinet, CANbus, Modbus and AS-I bus).Discuss about Proximity switch, RTD, TC, SSR, CR, MC, MCCB, ACB, OCB, Safety relay (Voltage, Current, phase) and Emergency Stop relay etc.

PLC:-Introduction of PLC, Block diagram of PLC, briefly discuss of digital elements (PB SW, Limit SW, LS, PS, Raid SW, Photo SW etc) and Analog elements (TC, RTD, Transmitter for 4-20mA etc) connect to PLC input module.Internal block diagram of DI, AI, DQ, AQ, Communication and Power supply module. Briefly Discuss Characteristics  of electronic components using in PLC modules. Languages Using In PLC Programming Ladder, STL and Function Block Diagram.

PLC Programming (Logo-Siemens):-Logo hardware, How to communicate PC and LOGO PLC (OBA6 and OBA8).PLC programming by ladder Languages (A) Bit logic operation:- contact, coilo, timer, counter, RTO, Asynchronous Timer, Wiping Timer, Edge trigger wiping timer, Weekly timer, RS latch, text display, Shift6 etc (B)Analog:-Analog input, Analog Threshold and PI Analog output. Problem Solve:- Motor F-R run, Washing Machine, Pump Automation, Bottle raping, Yarn dyeing, Mixer, ATS, Boiler sequence controller, First Answer Machine, Temperature, Controller, PI controller etc.

HMI:- Main parts of HMI; Touch pad, LCD Monitor, Power Supply and CPU. Programming of HMI using Eview and S7-200 PLC (Digital and Analog with Graphic).

Process Instruments (Electronic and Pneumatic):-Introduction to Automation control system, Manual and Automatic control, Concept of Calibration, How to calibration of Switch, Sensor, Transmitter (PT, LT & FT), Converter (I/P & P/I) and Process Controller. Action of Control (P, P+I & P+I+D). Why PID? How to do PID tuning of Process Controller.

How to Calibrate of (i)Temperature Controller Using TC chart, Standard Calibrator (ii)Pressure Transmitter using Analog Simulator(4-20mA),Hand Pump, Standard Pressure Gauges and  Hart Calibrator and (iii)  Temperature Transmitter using Standard Resistance and Standard Calibrator.

Course Time:-

PLC-A:-Thursday, Friday and Saturday From 7.00 pm to 9.30pm; 

PLC-B:- Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm; 

PLC-C:- Only Friday from 10.00am to 5.30 pm; (12:30-2:00 Break)

PLC-D:- Saturday-Thursday from 10.00am to 5.00pm
